  On 01/03/13 at 11:05AM PST I dialed (888) 250-5563 to contact Rent Before Owning. I initially spoke to Sandra a customer service representative who transferred me to her supervisor Bri. Bri was already well award of the complaint that had been posted on Rent Before Owning's public profile and even was able to recited the user name of "happytails" from memory. Bri stated that this would be out of her power to address unfortunately and informed me I would have to call her corporate office at (818) 665-3152. I followed Bri's instruction and unfortunately my call was not answered. I was able to leave a detailed voice message at the (818) 665-3152 number urging a decision maker to return my call as soon as possible. I will update everyone as this investigation continues.
